Shipping Across India

At Odhanibymann, every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before it leaves our warehouse. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Currently, we deliver only within India.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Odhanibymann may offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders as part of promotional campaigns or on qualifying order values.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS
  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations across India.

For COD orders, our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch. If we are unable to confirm the order, dispatch may be delayed or cancelled.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Invalid contact details
  • Refusal to accept the order

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges, if any, for re-dispatching the order will be borne by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing the order.

Odhanibymann shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • Incorrect mobile number
  • Incomplete delivery information

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, certain situations beyond our control may cause delays, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational delays

In such cases, we request your patience. Our support team will be happy to assist you with shipment updates.

Partial Deliveries

If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped separately based on product availability or warehouse logistics.

You will receive separate tracking details whenever applicable.

Damaged Package on Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photographs before opening the parcel.
  • Record a complete unboxing video.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

These details help us resolve your concern quickly.

International Shipping

At present, Odhanibymann ships only within India.
