We understand that shopping for ethnic wear online is a matter of trust. While we carefully inspect every outfit before dispatch, we also know that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or unforeseen issues may occur during transit.

Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and fair.


Return Eligibility

We currently accept return requests only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For faster verification, kindly share:

  • Complete unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • Shipping label photograph

Requests without an unboxing video or required proof may not be eligible for approval.


How to Request a Return

Step 1 – Inform Us

Email us at odhanibymann@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9730835334 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Product photographs
  • Unboxing video
  • Shipping label image

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.


Step 2 – Return the Product

Once your return request is approved:

  • Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
  • Ensure all original tags remain attached.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Ship the parcel to the return address shared by our support team.

Currently, reverse pickup service is not available, and customers are requested to self-ship approved return parcels.

We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details once dispatched.


Step 3 – Quality Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your parcel:

  • Our Quality Team will inspect the returned product.
  • Inspection is generally completed within 2–3 business days.

After successful verification, we will process your approved resolution.

Depending on the case, customers may choose:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Exchange for another product
  • Store Credit
  • Refund (only for approved damaged or defective products)

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only after successful inspection of approved return cases.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval. Bank processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note that the following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping Charges
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
  • Convenience Fees (if applicable)

Store Credit Option

If you prefer, you may choose Store Credit instead of a refund.

Benefits include:

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Can be used on any future purchase
  • Equal to the approved product value
  • Easy redemption during checkout

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange an approved return for:

  • The same product (subject to availability)
  • Another product of equal value
  • A higher-priced product by paying the difference

If you select a product of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit.

Only one exchange or replacement request per order is permitted.


Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed after deducting a 2% payment processing charge, wherever applicable.


After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may contact our support team if assistance is required after delivery.


Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products without original tags
  • Used or washed garments
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Requests raised after the eligible return period

Damaged Product Received?

Although every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch, products may occasionally be damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

Step 1

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share:

  • Complete unboxing video
  • Clear product images
  • Packaging images
  • Shipping label photograph

Step 2

Our team will verify your request within 24–48 business hours.

Step 3

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability)
  • Exchange for another product
  • Store Credit
  • Refund to the original payment method (for eligible verified cases)

Important Return Conditions

Products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Reach us in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
